Servicing our guests on time is essential to us.
Please be advised that there is a 5-minute grace period. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, be advised that we may have to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date.
If you think you may be late, Please text to let us know. All appointments will be canceled at the 6-minute mark.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy
An 8-hour notice is required before canceling or rescheduling. If you no-show or cancel after the 8 hour period you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If a no-show occurs you will be required to pre-pay for your next appointment.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. If for any reason you are unhappy with your service. Please notify me within three days. I will do my best to accommodate you.
