Running late...
We value the time of all our guests and would like to inform you that we have a 5-minute grace period for appointments. If you happen to be running late for more than 5 minutes, we will try our best to accommodate you, but please note that we might have to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date. In case you anticipate being late, please send us a text to inform us. Kindly note that all appointments will be cancelled at the 5-minute mark.
Cancellation policy
We require a 35% deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied to your balance at checkout. An 8-hour notice is required before cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to give at least 8-hour notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable but transferable when appropriate notice in given.
Refund policy
All sales are final. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify me within three days, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
